Wider thetarget more difficult it becomes for it to be achieved. The number oftimes spent in putting your priorities right can never be a wasted time. Set the priorities and targets right it will help you to be a smartworker.
2. Have Frequent Appointment within Yourself
For you to maintain balance and not go off track it is necessaryyou make stocktaking frequently and keep up with your schedules andactivities. It is always good to have a deep reflection and clearassessment of what you have done to determine the way of moving forward.
3. Build only on your strength and Work around Your Weaknesses.
Spend your energy only on the areas you are good at, and forgetthose areas you are not good at. Those areas you are not good at, andwhich are very instrumental to your success you have to work around tofortify yourself. There is something good in the economy of comparativeadvantage.
4. Go on vacations and practice giving yourself Rewards
All work and no play they say make Jack a dull boy. It is good youtake time off your job and go on vacation. There should be a time inyour routine you should go on break to refresh yourself. Have a goodtreat on yourself. Do not take the money you spend on refreshingyourself as a waste.
5. Do not procrastinate
Procrastination is a lazy man’s exercise. Tackle every projectbefore you. The more you delay on a project the more it becomes burdenon you. The earlier you decide to tackle the project even the mostdifficult ones the easier, it will be for you to accomplish the project. Always ask whether the project is important to the realization oforganizational goals.
6. Create a Good Working Space around You
Surround yourself with only those things that will make you succeed in the office and not those things that will distract you. Always doaway with anything that will not aid your productivity.
